A STORY OF HOPE - FIRST RECIPIENT IN KENYA
In the heart of Kenya, where many struggle to make ends meet, there are individuals whose daily survival is a constant battle. Among them is Knight, a mother of three, living in Munyaka village in the outskirts of Eldoret. With no steady source of income, Knight's days were filled with uncertainty. Food was often scarce, and at times, Knight had to decide which of her children would eat.
Knight, heard about the organization through her local church - Deliverance Church Munyaka. Her story of struggle and determination to provide for her children caught the attention of WMP’s team, and she was selected to receive the much-needed food assistance.
Furthermore, we were able to provide the funds to assist her start a small business selling grains.
Her story does not stop here, WMP team is here to continue supporting her with prayers, follow up and entrepreneurship coaching.
